Amy Boyd, MSW, RSW, is a Registered Social Worker/Therapist with the College of Social Workers of Ontario. Amy provides individual treatment to those ages 16 and up (youth, adults, seniors). She enjoys assisting clients process their emotions/thoughts and learn skills to help them cope with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, ADHD, postpartum, life transitions, school stress, relationship stress, low self-esteem and perfectionism that may cause them distress in their daily lives. She uses an eclectic approach from evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. She’s inclusive and provides a safe, non-judgemental environment for all.
